So I drove 18 hours to and from Florida just to spend two and a half days there, but it was worth it. Heather and I had a lot of fun going to Disney, which she has never been to. I got to see my mom, which I have been very worried about lately, with just cause. I helped my dad move their stuff into their new apartment. I got to see my baby girl, Gidget. To all those I should have gone and seen while I was there, I'm sorry, but as you can see I didn't have the time. Heath- I lost your cell # and felt weird leaving a message on Otis' machine trying to get a hold of you. Call me, 586-864-2225, with your cell # and we'll have lunch next time I'm down there. Dave- I did actually think about coming to see you on my way home, but didn't know if I would be recieved well, as well as you posted that you've moved and I don't know where to. Brandon- You haven't been online for me to tell you I was going to be there, and only have your mom's number to get a hold of you. I will keep my promise though, whether I come down there first, or you move back to MI first I will go out to dinner with you, we need to catch up! Micky- I promise I will come down to see you the next time I visit my mom, which if it's in Jan. my brother may be with me. As you can see I have neglected you all equally, so don't feel left out. I'll see you all eventually.

So I was thinking it would really be great to get everyone from school back together, and now I actually have my own place to get together at. People say that having kidney stones is the closest pain to child birth. The first time I had them I literally felt as though one of my organs burst. I lied in the back of the tanning salon thinking I was dying. My body went into shock from the pain, and I was projectile vomiting because of it.
Reason 102 million: I have now had my current kidney stones for two weeks, and I feel like it is infecting my entire body. I like having control of my body, and not like something foreign is taking over, hence why a baby would absolutely not be for me. I know have a temperature, which means that I am starting to get an infection as a result of the stone. Which means if it does not go down within two days I have to call to set up surgery to have it removed. Did I mention I hate hospitals, especially when I'm the one being admitted.

So today for my birthday my mom took me to a medium, and it was absolutely amazing. She said I would be dating two guys at the same time soon, date a person for like four years and marry him in 6. Said some things to say about school, and me being a social worker when I'm 37. Named all kinds of facts about my family. Said some things about Dave, which was extremely weird. Like he wrote me a three page letter, that he never gave me. Told me I was going to school to be a history teacher, and that the 1700' s interested me especially, because I was Marie Antoinette's personal assistant. That I also had a previous life around 300 B.C. and all kinds of things. I would highly recommend it in a heartbeat.

I've come to a very sad conclusion tonight. It is that for some reason or another I won't let myself care for someone else, because they might care back. I came to this after I was out with some friends and I saw an individual hurting, I don't know whether it was physical or emotional. My natural reaction was to want to comfort them, but I didn't let myself, because that would show that I cared for them, and even worse, they may care for me. In the back of my mind it is almost as though I don't feel that I deserve that. I don't know why, but the reason I don't let myself grow close to people is because that would involve caring, and on some level I don't believe I deserve that. Of all people I know that I do deserve it, look at how much of my heart I do pour into people, but apperently not enough take the chance of them caring back. Why is that?
